(e) Certificate of Registration: A private primary school must obtain a certificate of registration from the Ministry of Education, which is issued upon meeting the requirements outlined in the Education Act and Private Schools Regulations.

(a) Daily Schedule:
i. Pre-School: (Play Group, P.P.1 and P.P.2)
Arrival and Indoor Activities 7.30am – 8.00am
Assembly: 8:00 am - 8:20 am
Health and Sanitation Check: 8:20 am - 8:40am
Lessons: 8:40am - 12:00 pm (with 2 breaks in between)
Lunch: 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Afternoon Indoor Activities: 2:00pm – 3:00pm
Dismissal: 3:00 pm – 3:10pm
ii. Lower Primary: (Grades 1-3)
Arrival, Hygiene & Sanitation Check 7.30am – 7.50am
Assembly: 7:50 am - 8:20 am
Lessons: 8:20 am - 12:00pm (with 2 breaks in between)
Lunch Break: 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
Afternoon Lessons: 1:30 pm - 3:10 pm (with breaks in between)
Dismissal: 3:10 pm – 4.00pm
iii. Upper Primary (Grades 4-6)

- End-of-term exams: Held at the end of each term
- Mid-term exams: Held at the middle of each term followed by a break of at most 1 week (exception: no mid-term break on Term 3)
- End-of-year exams: Held at the end of the year (usually Oct./Nov.)
(f) Other Schedules:
1. Parents' Day: A day set aside for parents to meet with teachers and discuss student progress
2. Sports Day: A day set aside for inter-house or inter-school sports competitions
3. School events: Various events throughout the year, such as concerts, plays, and cultural festivals.
